Final Expense Script for Call Centers
A final expense call center script qualifies callers for a small whole life policy that covers funeral and burial costs. The fronter checks age, usually 50 to 80, state, tobacco use and the carrier's basic health questions, then transfers qualified callers to a licensed agent who quotes the policy. Below is a sample script you can adapt.
Final Expense fronter script
This is a sample. Run the script and disclosures your compliance team has approved for your campaign and your states.
- 01
“Hi, this is [Agent name] with [Agency name] on a recorded line. Quick question: in your family, are you the one who usually takes care of things when something comes up?”
- 02
“The person who handles things often ends up paying for final arrangements out of pocket. That's what this small family protection plan is for. Can I ask, are you somewhere between 50 and 80?”
- 03
“And which state do you live in?”
- 04
“Have you used any tobacco products in the last 12 months?”
- Ask only the health knock-out questions your carrier requires. Outside the age range or knocked out: thank the caller and end politely.
- 05
“Great, that fits. A licensed specialist can give you the actual monthly price in about two minutes, with no obligation. Please hold while I connect you.”
Before you run it
- Identify yourself and your agency at the start of the call
- Never quote prices or promise coverage; the licensed agent does that
- Be patient and clear: many callers are older
- Record every call
- Honor do-not-call requests immediately
Run this script on a bot
A B3 Voice Final Expense bot reads your approved script on every call.
It understands the caller instead of playing recordings, answers questions, handles interruptions and transfers qualified callers to your agent. $40 a fronter a month, unlimited calls, 7-day free trial.
