Holding a real phone conversation at the pace of a human one: interruptions handled, answering machines spotted in the opening seconds, and a transfer to a colleague without the caller ever hearing the seam.
Campaigns at volume
Outbound calling against real contact lists: three layers of concurrency caps, dispositions, do-not-call handling, and retry logic that still has to behave when a list is dialed and a burst of people answer at once.
The evidence trail
Every call leaves a recording, a transcript, the answers the bot collected and a summary. Making that searchable, fast and trustworthy is most of what turns a clever demo into something an operations team runs their week on.
