Transfer

Transfer to a Licensed Closer

A transfer means the bot stays on the call until a human closer answers, announces who is calling and why, and only then drops off. If nobody answers, the caller is not dumped into silence, the bot takes a callback slot and dispositions the record so the lead survives.

The problem

A cold transfer is where qualified leads die. The caller hears a click, then hold music, then nothing, and the closer picks up with no idea who is on the line.

01

How the handover works

The bot dials your transfer queue while the caller is still on the line, waits for a human to answer, announces the caller and the qualification result, and then drops off. The caller never hears dead air and the closer never opens cold.

  1. 1

The bot holds the caller until a closer answers

  2. 2

The closer is told who is calling and what qualified them

  3. 3

No answer means a booked callback, not a lost lead

02

When nobody is available

Queues run dry. Rather than transferring into an empty room, the bot offers a callback slot against your closers' availability, confirms it with the caller, and writes the appointment into the dialer.

FAQ

Questions people ask

It transfers into the queue or extension your dialer routes to, the same way a human fronter does. Routing rules stay where they are today, the bot does not replace your ACD.
