How B3 Voice compares

Side by side with the other bot vendors in this market, the big platforms and a human fronting floor. Each page starts with what they do well.

B3 Voice sells intelligent AI fronter and verifier bots to call centers running US campaigns. The bots run on the dialer you already operate, the verifier writes into your CRM and ViciDial comments, and pricing is $40 to $50 per bot per month with unlimited calls. Each comparison below opens with what the other vendor does well.

Side by side

Compared properly, one by one

Pick whoever you are weighing us against, including your own fronting floor. Each page leads with what they do better, then puts the two side by side, row by row.

Our rules

How these pages are written

A comparison page written by the vendor is worth nothing unless it can be checked. These are the three rules every page above follows.

  • Their strengths come first

Every comparison opens with what the competitor is genuinely better at, written as though their team will read it. Several of them beat us at things we are not close on, a full dialer, omnichannel, a public API, and those rows are marked their way.

  • We tell you when to choose them

Each page carries a list of floors that should buy the other product. If you are replacing your dialer anyway, or you have engineers who want to build the agent themselves, we would rather say so here than have you find out after the first invoice.

  • Every price carries its date

Competitor figures are published headline rates with the date they were checked. Those rates usually exclude speech, the model and the telephony, so the realistic loaded cost is quoted alongside, against our flat monthly price per bot.

Straight answers

About these comparisons

A row is only marked as our edge when the claim would survive the competitor's own sales engineer reading it. Draws are marked as broadly even, and their wins are marked as theirs. On every one of these pages there are rows that go the other way, a bundled dialer and a public API, for two.

Each page states the date its rates were checked, and every figure is a published headline rate. Those rates frequently exclude the speech engine, the model and the telephony, which is why the tables also give a realistic loaded cost. Check the vendor's own pricing page before deciding on cost alone.

Because there is no platform to rent and no minutes to mark up. A fronter is $40 and a verifier $50 per bot per month with unlimited calls, and it dials through the dialer and carrier you already pay for. Nothing is metered by us, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

It is not a dialer, so it will not replace ViciDial or Convoso. There is no omnichannel, no SMS and no public API, and bots speak English only for now, with Spanish coming soon. Every comparison page says so in the rows where it matters.
