Our mission
Every call center should be able to put its best agent on every call. Not a recording, not a script reader, but a bot that listens, handles the caller and hands over a real, qualified lead.
B3 Voice builds intelligent AI fronter and verifier bots for call centers running US campaigns such as Medicare, ACA, final expense and solar. The bots run on the dialer a center already uses, cost from $40 per bot per month with unlimited calls, and are running in more than 20 call centers.

The problem

What we saw
The bots on the market were recordings

The bots run on the ViciDial or SIP setup you already operate, on your caller IDs, writing back your disposition codes. We never ask you to move platforms.
Nothing dials until you approve it
Every bot is built from your own script and sent to you as a test call first. If a word is wrong, it changes. Go-live needs your sign-off.
Intelligent, or it isn't worth it
