A fronter bot dials your list, reads your disclosure, asks your qualifying questions, handles objections and transfers qualified callers to your agents. A verifier bot pitches and verifies, captures the customer's details and writes them into your CRM and the ViciDial comments. Both write a disposition back to your dialer on every call.
Most bots sold to call centers are pre-recorded clips played in order. When a caller asks a question or objects, they repeat themselves and the lead is lost. Our bots understand what the caller says and respond to it, so they handle objections, answer questions and change direction like a trained agent.
A fronter bot is $40 and a verifier bot is $50 per bot per month, with unlimited calls and no per-minute charge. The minimum order is 15 bots. You get 1% off from 30 bots, 3% off from 50 and 5% off from 100. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial.

Yes. The bots run on the dialer you already use, ViciDial or your SIP setup, and transfer into your existing closer queue. Verifiers also write their notes into the ViciDial comments so your closers see everything.

Each one replays word by word with the transcript, shows the moments the caller interrupts and how the bot handles it, and ends with the result: a transfer, a polite do-not-call or a voicemail dropped in seconds.
