A verifier confirms a sale or enrolment after the closer has taken it, reading each required statement back to the customer on a recorded line and capturing an explicit answer to every one.
The verification recording is what a carrier asks for when a sale is disputed. Its value depends entirely on the statements being read the same way every time, which is why verification is unusually well suited to automation.
