A fronter is the agent, or bot, that opens an outbound call, reads the disclosure and asks the qualifying questions, then transfers a qualified caller to a closer. The fronter never completes the sale.
Fronting is the highest-volume and most repetitive seat on an outbound floor. Because the script is fixed and the questions are the same on every call, it is the first role most centers automate.
