B3 Voice does not resell numbers or minutes. The bots dial through the carrier you already pay, on the caller ID you already use, which keeps your number reputation and your call costs exactly where they are.
B3 Voice bots plug into the dialer you already run. They pull from your list, dial on your caller ID, transfer into your queue and write dispositions back to your system. ViciDial and Convoso are supported with standard hooks; a custom SIP trunk is supported with custom hooks.
The problem
Nobody wants to migrate a working dialer to try a bot. If the bot needs its own stack, the evaluation never starts.
