Why your transfer rate drops after hour six

It is not the list. Compare the first hour of a shift with the seventh on the same data and the difference is almost entirely in how the script is being read.

The pattern every floor has

Pull your transfer rate by hour for last week. On most floors it is flat for four hours, soft in the fifth, and noticeably down by the seventh, on the same list, dialed by the same people.

What is actually happening

The disclosure gets shorter. The second rebuttal stops being offered. The qualifying questions get compressed into one. None of it is laziness; it is what eight hours of the same call does to anybody.

What consistency is worth

A bot reads call nine hundred exactly like call one. Whether that produces more transfers depends on your script, but it removes the variable, which makes everything else you test measurable. That is the argument for piloting on a slice: you find out on your own data rather than on ours.

About this topic

It helps, and most floors already do it. The difference is that monitoring corrects a drift after it has happened, on a sample of calls.

Run bots on a slice of the same list, in the same hours, while your floor works the rest. Compare transfer rate and what your closers say about the leads.
