Reading a bot's disposition report

The outcomes land in your own codes, in your own dialer. What is worth looking at is the shape of the distribution, not the individual calls.

It is your codes, not ours

Outcomes are written using the disposition codes your floor already uses, so your QA, payroll and campaign reports read bot calls the same way they read human ones. There is no second system to check.

Three things worth watching in week one

A new flow tells you most of what it is going to tell you in the first few hundred dials.

  • Knock-out distribution: if one question eliminates almost everybody, it may be in the wrong place
  • Early hang-ups: a spike in the first ten seconds usually means the opening, not the list
  • Transfers your closers rejected: the fastest signal that a qualifying question is too loose

Then change one thing

Script changes ship within a working day and apply to every bot on the campaign at once. Change one thing at a time or you will not know which one worked.

About this topic

Yes. Your client dashboard shows live calls with a real-time transcript, today's transfers, dispositions, voices and invoices, and dispositions still land in your dialer where your team already looks.

They sit in your own dialer under your retention policy, searchable the way your other calls are.
