How many bots does it take to replace a fronting seat?

One bot covers one seat's dialing, but that is the wrong unit. The number you want is transfers per shift, and it depends on your list.

Start from transfers, not headcount

A seat is an input; a transfer is the output you actually sell. Work out what one seat produces in a shift on your current list, then decide how many more of those you want.

The minimum order is ten

Every order takes the same setup work: the script is read, the flow is built, you approve a recording and the dialer is connected. Below ten bots that work costs more than the order is worth, and a floor replacing fewer than ten seats will not see the difference in its own numbers either.

Where the price steps

Ten to forty-nine bots are $30 each; from fifty it is $28, applied to the whole order rather than only the bots above the threshold. At a hundred the order is quoted. Bot types can be mixed to reach a tier, twenty fronters and thirty verifiers is a fifty-bot order.

About this topic

Yes, and most floors do. A second order on an existing campaign is quicker because the call flow already exists.

It applies to the order that reaches the tier. An earlier order is not re-priced, which is why floors planning to scale often order in one block.
