Getting Medicare bots live before AEP

Annual Enrollment is the one window where capacity you cannot add is money you cannot make. Working backwards from 15 October, here is when to start.

Work backwards from the fifteenth

Bots are configured against your script before they dial, and you approve a recording of that flow before anything touches a real number. That is days, not months, but it is not the same afternoon.

  • Two weeks out: send the script and the disclosure, approve the flow
  • One week out: connect the dialer and pilot on a slice of the list
  • Go-live: order the bots, pay the invoice, and they are provisioned against the campaign

Why the pilot matters more in season

AEP is the worst time to discover that a knock-out question is in the wrong place. A few hundred dials on your own list, before the window opens, is the cheapest insurance available.

What does not need to be ready

Your dialer configuration, your carrier or your caller IDs. None of it changes, which is exactly why this can be done in the weeks before a season rather than in the quarter before it.

About this topic

Yes. Adding bots on an existing campaign is an order rather than a project, since the call flow already exists.

They are bought outright, so they are yours. Most floors move them onto another campaign, which needs a new flow rather than new bots.
