Final expense: the four questions that decide the transfer

Age, state, tobacco and the health knock-outs your carrier cares about. Get the order right and your closers stop hearing calls they cannot write.

Ask the cheapest disqualifier first

Every question costs time. Ask the one that eliminates the most people earliest, usually age band or state, so the call ends before anybody has spent ninety seconds on it.

Health knock-outs are carrier-specific

There is no universal list. Yours comes from the carrier you write with, which is why the flow is built from your script rather than from a template that half fits.

Say the coverage amount out loud

A prospect who has not heard a number is a prospect your closer has to start from the beginning with. The bot states the range your campaign allows before it transfers.

About this topic

Only a range you have approved. Quoting an exact premium is a licensed conversation and belongs with your closer.

Those are not collected by a fronting bot. It qualifies and transfers; anything that belongs on a recorded application stays with a licensed agent.
