Auto insurance: qualifying before the transfer

Current carrier, policy expiry, vehicles and license status. Four answers that decide whether a closer is talking to a shopper or to somebody who just answered the phone.

Expiry beats everything

A prospect whose policy renews in three weeks is a different conversation from one who renewed last month. Ask it early, and let it end the call when the answer is wrong.

Count the vehicles and the drivers

Household composition changes the quote enough that a closer who does not know it starts on the back foot. The bot collects it as fields, not as prose.

Licence status is a knock-out, not a detail

On most auto campaigns a suspended license ends the call. Writing that into the flow explicitly is the difference between a clean transfer rate and a closer working through calls that were never going to write.

About this topic

Yes, it captures the count and the drivers as separate fields, and your closer sees them on screen at the transfer.

No. Quoting is a licensed conversation. The bot qualifies and hands over.
